About the founder

Born and raised in Antigua, the land of sun, sea and sand, founder and designer Shirley Falcone has always known she was intended to approach life as one big adventure.

Sailor, photographer, creative, mother, you could say that she has worn and wears many hats still to this day. Dressmaking however, as far back as she remembers, has been her souls calling.

As always, life has a miraculous way of tying everything together in the most unexpected of ways.

Nuiandi, though born from a dream of freedom, was born out of lockdown, in a hotel room with nothing but her kids a good friend, a sewing machine and bedsheets! Yes thats how it started!

Rooted in an empowered and resourceful approach to create beauty Shirleys designs evoke a wild feminine spirit whilst remaining simple and conscientious.

She and her growing family currently live onboard their boat Nui, having crossed the ocean in 2019.
